We harvested from September 29th till October 6th by a beautiful weather, which ended a summer contrasted but very favorable to a good qualitative expression of our grapes of Blanc Fumé. The fermentations are ending, already revealing a lot of aromatic complexity. Below, Cédric in full work with a magnificent sunrise!
